How do I apply for STA?

You need an NDIS plan to stay in one of our STA properties.

You can be referred by support coordinators, disability service providers, local community organisations, or your GP. Self-referral is also an option. An individual needs assessment will be completed on application.

Usually the NDIS will fund a maximum of 28 days of short term accommodation per year. You can use your Short Term Accommodation funding flexibly. The NDIS includes Short term accommodation in your NDIS plan to allow both carers and participants to take a break.
