Types of NDIS Accommodation:

NDIS Funding Through SDA & SIL. Respite Services & Short-term Stays Available

SDA properties are equipped with features such as wheelchair accessibility, modified bathrooms, and assistive technology.   • Medium term Accommodation (MTA) : Medium Term Accommodation” (MTA) typically refers to housing solutions that are intended to provide lodging for individuals or families for a duration that extends beyond short-term stays, but is shorter than what is considered long-term housing.
