Our Range of Disability Services:
In our commitment to facilitate daily activities and enhance overall well-being, we offer a diverse range of disability support services. Whether you require minimal assistance or a combination of services, we can tailor a comprehensive package based on your individual objectives.
Household Assistance : NDIS Household Assistance includes a variety of supports such as domestic cleaning, meal preparation, laundry services, and gardening assistance. These services are tailored to the specific needs and preferences of each individual participant, ensuring that they receive the support necessary to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment
NDIS social and community participation: NDIS promotes social inclusion by funding various programs and services that enable participants to access community activities, events, and networks. This can include assistance with transportation, personal care, communication aids, and skill-building programs tailored to individual needs.
By fostering social and community participation, NDIS helps individuals develop meaningful relationships, build confidence, and enhance their overall well-being. Participation in community activities also promotes social integration, breaks down barriers, and challenges societal perceptions about disability.
Transportation: NDIS transportation services are tailored to meet the specific needs of each participant. This can include providing accessible vehicles, arranging transport to medical appointments, therapies, social outings, and employment-related activities. The goal is to enhance independence, inclusion, and participation in community life for people with disabilities
Participants can choose the type of transportation support they need based on their individual circumstances. This may involve door-to-door assistance, travel training to use public transport independently, or specialized transportation for individuals with complex mobility requirements
Gardening : NDIS gardening services encompass a range of activities tailored to the individual’s abilities and interests. This can include planting and tending to gardens, maintaining outdoor spaces, and learning about horticulture techniques. Participants are supported by trained professionals who provide guidance, equipment, and assistance as needed.
Engaging in gardening through the NDIS offers numerous benefits. It provides opportunities for physical activity, sensory stimulation, and exposure to nature, which can have positive effects on mental health and emotional well-being. Gardening also promotes social interaction, teamwork, and a sense of accomplishment as individuals see their efforts bloom and grow
Respite Care : Respite care provides temporary relief to caregivers, allowing them to take a break from their caregiving responsibilities while ensuring that the person with a disability receives appropriate care and support. This can be provided in various settings, including in-home respite, community-based respite centers, or through planned short-term stays in residential facilities.
The benefits of respite care extend beyond just providing a break for caregivers. It also offers opportunities for social interaction, skill development, and recreational activities for individuals with disabilities. By participating in respite care programs, individuals can enhance their social connections, learn new skills, and engage in meaningful activities tailored to their interests and needs
Community Nursing : Community nursing under the NDIS encompasses a range of healthcare services such as wound care, medication management, continence support, palliative care, and health education. Registered nurses and other qualified healthcare professionals deliver these services directly to participants in their homes or community settings, tailored to meet their specific needs and preferences.

Support Coordination: Support Coordination involves working closely with participants to understand their individual needs, preferences, and goals. Support coordinators assist in developing and implementing NDIS plans, identifying suitable service providers, coordinating supports, and monitoring progress towards goals.
One of the key benefits of Support Coordination is its ability to empower participants by providing them with information, options, and guidance to make informed decisions about their supports and services. Support coordinators also foster collaboration among various service providers to ensure seamless delivery of supports and maximize the impact of funding
Therapeutic Supports: Access to allied health professionals such as physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and speech therapists to address specific needs.
We collaborate with clients to create individualized support plans, gaining insights into their unique needs and objectives. Subsequently, we formulate customized support plans tailored to address these specific requirements and goals.

Furthermore, we offer comprehensive training and ongoing support to our dedicated support workers, covering various areas such as personal care, mobility assistance, and communication. This ensures their ability to deliver optimal support to people with disabilities.

The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) revises its Price Guide annually on 1 July, and occasionally during the year. If there are changes to the NDIS Price Guide, your support schedule will be adjusted with the updated prices, and we will communicate this to you in writing.
